Our 24th Annual Track & Field Day was a blast this year. Stay tuned for great photos from the event
This event does more than get hundreds of Chelsea kids moving and enjoying silliness, racing, games, friendly competition, and a good meal. It also helps to fund our charitable commitments to the community, including four annual scholarships to college or trade school for graduating students at Chelsea High School (CHS), Chelsea Virtual Learning Academy (CVLA), and Chelsea Opportunity Academy (COA).
What makes our Track & Field Day so special? First, we engage Chelsea’s youths to design a T-shirt for the event, awarding a substantial gift card to the winning designer. Then, on race day, the kids run races in their event shirts and compete in a hula hoop contest, potato sack races, three-legged races, etc. Local businesses help us supply food and drinks for a healthy snacks & meals.
Just like our Olympians, we award Gold, Silver & Bronze medals courtesy of our generous sponsors.
This year the Chelsea Police Department’s Copsicle Truck returns to help us distribute Free Ice Cream.
One boy and One girl each will have a chance to win a receive a backpack and a $200 gift card to purchase a new bike and bike helmet, or anything else they may need for school.
Participation is Free for all Chelsea families & kids.

Presenting Sponsor: $2,500 Everything the Podium Sponsors receive, plus you will be named as presenting sponsor on banners displayed onsite at the event entrance and registration.
Podium Sponsor(s): $1,000 Named on our website and promoted via traditional media, digital media, and social media promotions…PLUS Podium Sponsors will be displayed at the podium for the children’s medal award ceremony, which are recorded with photographs and video.
Racing Sponsor(s): $500 Named on our website and promoted via traditional media, digital media, and social media promotions…PLUS Supporting Sponsors will be displayed on the large gates entering onto the sports field where the event will be held.
Breakfast Sponsor(s): $250 Named on our website and promoted via traditional media, digital media, and social media promotions…PLUS Breakfast Sponsors will be displayed at the very busy concession stand where attendees will collect their food and drinks throughout the morning.
