Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. Here, at our Chelsea Club, we seek to preserve that mission, by being a resource, a light and a guide for the kids & families of our diverse community.
We are teaming up with our friends from Medford Kiwanis Club on June 14th to serve our local communities & families in need. We will be working with the team from End Hunger NE to assemble meal kits, which will be donated to local food, pantries and kitchens for our friends and neighbors in need. We are looking for volunteers so if anybody has to drive to serve, please reach out and join us! … See MoreSee Less
Shout out our second graders from the Kelly School, who did their part last week to help & serve the community through picking up trash. We are so proud of you all. Thanks for helping inspire others through service.
We are always proud to partner with our community to help others. That is why we are so especially proud to be sponsoring one of the community pantries here in Chelsea. It’s really easy to participate. Just follow the instructions on the flyer below. You can contact us to make a donation to help us offset the cost of our sponsorship or you can drop off non-perishable goods and items to our drop off location at Chelsea City Hall in the Chelsea public schools office. Or direct by contacting our Project leader Carolyn, who is spearheading this drive. Stay tuned for more information on how you can help. One way is through our Amazon wish list

The context in which our world exists in many ways drives us. The motivation is not always about doing what we can treat others in the same way that we wish to be treated in return and often is about doing our best just to be able to make ends meet. The world often times, unfortunately creates a mixed message, and we forget what it means to be a mentor, to give back, and to inspire others, not by how many zeros we have in our paychecks, but by the actions we take.
